Hello I’m moving out of this lovely flat in Greengate and looking for a girl to take over my room from 20th June 😊

* Furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat
* You’ll be sharing with my lovely flatmate, Katie
* You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself (including a bath!)

💵 Rent & bills
* Rent: £725 per month
* Bills usually come to around £200–£225 per month
* The flat stays really warm, so bills are often on the lower end. We only needed the heating on for about two months this year.

🙋‍♀️ About Katie

I’m 23 and work full-time, 9–5, as an architectural assistant. I’m usually in the office five days a week, with the occasional WFH day. I’m also doing an apprenticeship, so I’ll be studying a couple of evenings a week too (this won’t impact council tax!).

I’m easy-going and love a chilled night in cooking, going to the gym, or seeing friends. I’m definitely in my grandma era, so you won’t catch me in a club anytime soon, but I’m always up for a bar, pub night, or trying a new restaurant.

I like to keep the flat cosy and homely, and would love to live with someone on the same wavelength.
