I'm renting out one bedroom in a modern 2-bedroom apartment in the city centre for 2 weeks only, from 30 July to 13 August.

The room is fully furnished and includes:

The apartment is fully furnished with a comfortable living room, balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for everyday living. It gets lots of natural sunlight throughout the day, and you'll find everything already here, so you can simply arrive with your suitcase and move straight in.

This short-term stay is ideal for anyone who has just arrived in Manchester, is between properties, waiting to move into a new home, or needs temporary accommodation while searching for a long-term place.

Excellent location: • 4-minute walk to AO Arena • 6-minute walk to Victoria Station • 7-minute walk to Exchange Square tram stop • Co-op supermarket directly downstairs

Parking is included.

A little about me: I'm easy-going, relaxed, and respectful. I work on-site during the week and usually spend weekends out, so the flat is generally calm and quiet.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. This isn't a party flat, and I'd like to keep it as a peaceful home.

£350 for the full 2-week stay (30 July to 13 August).
