Double Room 5 min from city centre by Oxford Road

Hi everyone,
I am currently looking for a independent professional flatmate (preferably in their 30s), to take over the room of the other girl living here from the 1 st of august.
It is a spacious double Room situated in the centre of town, just by Oxford Road. You will also have your individual bathroom ( with bathtub) just for yourself as my room is an ensuite.

The rent is as follows:
- 650 pp
- Around 100 for C. T. pp. (Band D)
- 50 electricity (no gas, Less now with summer) pp.
- 25 for water pp
- 20 for Internet (fast broadband !) pp.
So around 845 all included !

I moved to Manchester recently and I am very busy most of the time, either at work, the gym, at Water Polo or simply with friends. I am looking ideally for someone clean and organised who do not make too much noise and easy to get on with.
