​I’m subletting my beautiful studio flat from mid June to mid-September (exact end date is flexible). I am going away for summer travelling, so the flat will be fully available during this period.
​Unlike typical open-plan studios, this flat features a fantastic frosted glass partition that completely separates the bedroom from the living and kitchen areas. It honestly feels and functions exactly like a 1B1B flat! It also comes with a large private balcony with great views and natural light.
​Key Features:
​Rent: £1,000/month (High-speed Wi-Fi included. Bills are excluded—you'll just pay for water/electricity based on actual supplier bills, completely transparent).
​Location: (M3). High-end, safe, and quiet community with 24/7 concierge (great for parcel collection). Excellent location, just a short walk to the city centre, Manchester Victoria station, and M&S.
​Exclusive Perks: The flat is fully furnished. I am happy to leave my complete set of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans for you to use for free, so you genuinely only need to bring your suitcase! I can also leave a clean duvet if needed. But I can also move all of my things, up to you.
​Safe Key Handover: I will be in Manchester from 17th June to 24th June, so we can secure key handover directly.
​What I’m looking for:
Looking for a clean, tidy, and responsible single student or professional who will treat the flat like their own. Non-smoker, and no parties, please.
​A 2 weeks' rent deposit will be required and fully refunded at checkout assuming no damages.
