Current housemates are 3 x 27 - 29yr old lads, we’re really sociable people who like to go out at the weekends sometimes and spend time together. We all work full time, and spend around 50/50 of the week WFH & in the office.
We are looking for someone easy to get on with, enjoys a drink, sociable and is up for a laugh! We keep the shared space clean so we don’t want someone who is too messy.
The price listed is our current contract which we’re currently on a rolling contract as have been here 2+ years.
Smokers welcome as long as you go outside.
Bills really range every month as we don’t get monthly bills for all utilities, it’s averages around £90 a month but it really ranges as I say.
