I'm looking for a female professional to join me in this beautiful two-bedroom apartment on the 16th floor.

The apartment is in an amazing location right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Piccadilly Station and New Islington tram stop.

The building itself is modern, safe, and really well looked after, with loads of great amenities, including:

I'm a paralegal working in the legal team of a fintech company. I work on a hybrid schedule, spending three days working from home and two days in the office.
I'd describe myself as friendly, easygoing, and respectful. I'm always happy to have a chat or grab a coffee together, while also appreciating everyone's own space and routine.
I'm also quite clean and organised, especially when it comes to shared spaces (I'm definitely someone who cleans as they cook 😅), so I'd love to find a flatmate who values a tidy and comfortable home too.
