Luxury Duplex City Centre Apartment

Looking for a new flatmate from the start of July as my current housemate is moving out.

The room is a spacious double bedroom in a luxury duplex apartment within the Grade II listed Crusader Mill development. The apartment is located in a secure gated community with 24/7 concierge and is just a short walk from Piccadilly Station, Ancoats, the Northern Quarter and Islington Marina.

The room comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom, complete with bath and shower, which is located just outside the bedroom. My room has its own en-suite, so you’ll effectively have your own bathroom.

The apartment itself has a large open-plan kitchen and living area with original wooden beams and roof windows, giving it a really unique feel. Residents also have access to a private communal garden with seating, BBQs and fire pits, which is great in the summer.

Unfortunately there isn’t parking within the building itself, but there are nearby car parks about 2mins walk away offering annual permits.

A bit about me…

I’m 26 and work as a videographer and editor, mainly in sport and commercial media. I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy a mix of keeping busy and having a chilled home life. Outside of work I’m into live music, watching football/rugby and getting outdoors for walks and hikes, and the occasional pint or night out in town with friends.

I’m looking for someone who’s respectful and tidy, and who’s after a relaxed home rather than a full-on party house.

Ideally looking for a working professional of a similar age, but open to whoever.
