Hi, I’m Kaiya orginally from Essex. I moved to Manchester almost three years ago and love city-centre living. My current flatmate is moving back to London, so his room is becoming available.

I’m friendly, sociable, and enjoy everything from cosy nights in with a glass of wine and a good TV series to yoga, shopping, music, and nights out.

Im looking for someone I can genuinely get along with and create a home with. I moved into the flat three months ago with the owner, who had lived here for nine years. Whilst the flat is already lovely, I’d love to make it feel more like our own space by adding personal touches, decorating, and bringing our style into it together.

Approx. £230 per month including Council Tax, water, electricity, Sky TV, Sky Broadband, and TV Licence.

I’m open to living with someone who works from home, works in the office, or a mix of both. Most importantly, I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate.
