I'm looking for a gorge flatmate to share my gorgeous top-floor penthouse apartment. The flat is fully furnished and move-in ready, with one of its standout features being the huge south-facing wraparound roof terrace, soo perfect for morning coffees, sunny afternoons, & evening drinks - kitchen has a wine fridge too! Super close to town (just next to the Lowry)

The flat is a DREAM!! The available room is a spacious double bedroom, and the apartment has a bright, modern feel throughout. It’s got lots of storage in your room & your own bathroom.

A little about me: I'm an Events Manager and Content Creator, so I'm often out and about working, attending events, or travelling. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me at Pilates, grabbing coffee, going for walks, meeting friends for meals and drinks, or getting dressed up for a night out.

I'm definitely a mix of wellness girl and social, I love a chilled evening cooking a nice meal and chilling at home, but I also enjoy making the most of the city and being out and about.

I'd love to find a flatmate with a similar vibe: friendly, who enjoys having their own space but is also up for the occasional coffee, dinner, or workout together.

Bills usually come to around £150 per month depending on the time of year.
