I pay £265/week but the room is on sale for £180/week. (BILLS INCLUDED!!!)
It is an en suite room of a 6 room flat on 11th floor. (currently 4 flatmates)
10 minutes to the city centre
15 minutes to the University of Manchester
10 minutes to the Manchester Metropolitan University

- snooker, table tennis and a spacious social area on 1st and 32nd floors
