Hi! I’m Beth and I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my 2-bed, 2-bath flat in the Green Quarter (M4).

• Furnished double room available from 1st August, with own bathroom.
• The rent is £700/pcm and bills come to around £180-£200 including council tax (band D).
• The flat is in a great location in M4, 10-minute walk to Shudehill and Victoria Station, 20-minute walk to Deansgate.

My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and I love living here, so looking for someone else who would too!

About the room and flat:
The room is a furnished double room with bed, mattress and storage. There is plenty of space if you want to bring in a desk.
There’s a bathroom in the flat (with bath) that would be your own.

About me:
I’m 29 and have a 9-5 at a research centre, working 1-2 days a week from home.
I love arts/heritage, cooking, and anything active (am a big runner). I’m friendly and easy-going, and I like a balance between being social and having my own space.

Looking for:
a professional female who is clean, considerate, and easy-going. I’d love to live with someone who I’d get along with. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept a student.

Please note - the Green Quarter flats are undergoing façade renovations during part of the summer, so there will be temporary scaffolding outside the flat and balcony while these works are completed.
