I’m looking for someone to take over a room in a shared house in Ancoats and be responsible for sorting/managing the household bills.

💷 Rent: £465 per month

The room is small with limited storage, so it would suit someone who doesn’t need much space.

A bit about me: I work in the office 3 days a week and spend the rest of my time working from home doing artwork. I’m clean, considerate, and keep things relaxed at home. I don’t have a partner coming round, so it’s a calm and low-traffic environment.
