The apartment has a bright open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a lovely balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, and microwave.

💷 Rent & Bills
For stays of 5 months or longer
* £800 per month (single occupancy)
* £1,000 per month (couples)
* Bills are not included and will be split equally per person.
* Council Tax (Band D) is not included and will be split equally among the non-student residents.

For short-term stays (less than 5 months)
💷 £1,050per month (all bills included)

We’re a friendly married couple, both 29 years old.

I work full-time and often work weekends, so I’m usually out during the day.
My husband is studying for a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Manchester and is usually on campus during weekdays.

We enjoy travelling, cooking, hiking, musicals, football, and exploring the city.

We keep the flat clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, respectful home.
We’re always happy to have a chat while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
