I’m looking for either one friendly female or a pair of female friends (we have 2 rooms available) to take over my tenancy in our lovely 3-bed city centre apartment. We’ve really made this place feel like home, so I’m hoping to find someone who’d enjoy being part of the flat but is also happy doing their own thing.

About the Flatmates

You’ll be living with Lexie (23, turning 24 in September), plus one other lovely flatmate.

We’re looking for someone, or a pair of friends, who are friendly, respectful, chatty and easy-going, and who’d enjoy making the flat feel like home. No students please, and ideally someone aged between 24-29.

We’d love to find someone who’s happy to socialise now and then, whether that’s a chat, a film, a coffee or the occasional night out, while still respecting everyone’s space and independence.

If you enjoy run club, books, movies, quiz nights, girly nights in, trying new cafés and exploring Manchester, we’d love to hear from you. We’re hoping to find someone social, like-minded and keen to make the most of city centre living.
