Description
Hello! My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a spacious double room from 11 August. I’m hoping to find someone fairly quickly, so please get in touch if you’re interested!
The flat has plenty of space and is a great place to live for young professionals working in the city centre.
It features a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking, hosting friends and entertaining (it’s much larger than most city centre flats), a wrap-around balcony that lets in plenty of natural light, and a large bathroom with both a bath and shower. The building also benefits from a 24/7 concierge service, including a receptionist, parcel receipt and storage, security, and assistance with any building issues. It’s well located with excellent transport links and all the usual amenities nearby.
Rent is £750 per month, with bills typically coming to around £200 per month.
About me:
I’m a 25 year-old trainee solicitor working in the city. I’m usually in the office, with the occasional day working from home, and I’ve lived in the flat for the past two years.
The flat is generally relaxed during the week, but I’d like it to be a sociable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, football and sport in general, music, travelling, trying new places and the occasional night out.
I’m looking for someone who is:
- Ideally a young professional working in the city.
- Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
- Friendly and easy to get along with – ideally someone who’s up for being mates rather than just sharing a flat.
- Happy to have a chat over dinner or a drink from time to time, while also respecting each other’s space.
If you’re interested, send me a message telling me a bit about yourself, what you do for work and what you’re looking for in a flat. I’d be happy to arrange a viewing and answer any questions!
