My current flatmate is moving out in September, so I am looking for somebody to take her room.
The building is located in Northern Quarter, very close to bars, cafes, shops and transport links. There is a bike shed, concierge service and access to a rooftop.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe and set of drawers, and both rooms have their own en-suite bathroom.
Bills are not included and come to around £180/£190 each per month (WiFi, electric, water and council tax which is band C). There is a deposit to be paid I just need to double check with the letting agents how much this will be.
I am 30 years old and work full time Monday - Friday with two days from home. I am very tidy and respectful of other’s space. I would love to find someone who is a friend as well as a flatmate, who I can go for food/drinks with but also chill in the flat! I also appreciate alone time is important and am very easygoing in that regard too.
