Looking for replacement Tennant Dwell MSV

I’m looking for a replacement tennant for my contract at Dwell MSV Student Living. I am not looking to live there next year anymore and I’d like for someone to take over my contract. I’m more than happy to help with the process. It’s a private student halls shared with 3 other people. I have a large room which is the biggest in the flat. The location is within walking distance of all neighbouring unis in city centre, MMU and UOM being within 10 minute walk. There’s a free gym, communal area, parking, washing machine facilities and the accommodation is within 2 minute walking distance to bus stops into the main city centre. There’s also 24/7 security in the accommodation who are there to help with whatever you need which is perfect and safe for new students. The flat would be with new people, I have a friend who is living there already however the two other flat mates would be random people.
