I'm 22, have just graduated with my Bachelor's degree, and will be starting my Master's in September. I'm easygoing, considerate, and like to keep shared spaces tidy while also respecting each other's privacy.

The room is bright and spacious, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, and it comes with its own TV. The flat has underfloor heating throughout, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage, a separate storeroom, a comfortable living area with a TV, and one of its best features, a huge balcony overlooking the canal, which is perfect for relaxing, studying, or enjoying a coffee.

The flat is in M1 5BD, within walking distance of the city centre, the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and excellent public transport links.

You'll be sharing with a friendly and welcoming female flatmate in a peaceful, well-maintained home. I'd love to find someone who is sociable but also appreciates a calm living environment.
