I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of my two-bedroom apartment in Park View at Victoria Riverside :)

- The room is a furnished double with its own private bathroom (not en-suite, but effectively your own bathroom).
- The apartment has a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, modern appliances (dishwasher, washer dryer, etc) and plenty of natural light!
- Available from 7th August but open to earlier!
- Rent: £750 pcm
Bills: typically £70pcm plus council tax (Band D so typically £136 pcm including a single person discount as I am a mature student, but happy to discuss contributing if necessary)

⭐️ About me ⭐️
- I’m 25, from London and going into my final year studying Politics & Criminology at the University of Manchester.
- I’m friendly, considerate and very clean and tidy, and I like the flat to feel calm & clean!
- During the week I do spend a fair bit of time in the flat, at the gym or spending time with friends
- I love hosting movie nights, game nights, etc but I’m always respectful of my flatmates & neighbours and give a heads up
- I would love to be friends with my flatmate but equally I like my alone time too, I love my routines, and most of all I love up front yet respectful communication 💕
- I love a cosy night in but also a night out, and I live for a side quest (hiking, trying new places, etc)

- I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, clean and kind!
- Ideally someone around my age or older
- POC preferred but absolutely not a deal breaker
- Someone who’s considerate, communicative, socially conscious and values creating an inclusive, welcoming home 🫶🏽
