Looking to share 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom new flat

I’m from Manchester and have recently moved back following a short time working in London. I’ve fallen in love with a new development in the northern quarter so I’m looking for someone to share a two bedroom two bathroom flat in the building so it’s slightly more affordable!

The development is called One Port Street and has just been built so the rooms are brand new, the amenities include a swimming pool, fully equipped gym, garden, terrace, and loads of indoor and co working spaces. It’s a perfect location right in the northern quarter just a few minutes from Stevenson square, and walking distance to the tram stops and Manchester Piccadilly.

A bit about me: after recently moving back to Manchester I’ll be starting my new job in a couple of weeks, and I’ll be in the office two or three days a week. I’ve lived with friends for years and have also had a couple of flatshares so I’m used to getting on with all different kinds of people, I like to socialise in my spare time and go out for drinks or food, but also appreciate a nice chilled night in. I’m basically just looking for someone with good vibes who is easy going, tidy and respectful and all the normal things! I’ve viewed the place already and I’m happy to put down the holding deposit but I would just need the details of the second sharer to do so, if you’re happy to proceed after viewing the place. Flat prices in the building vary working out between £900-£1000 each per month, the move in date can also be flexible as the holding deposit secures the property for approximately 4-6 weeks, but ideally would need to move quickly to secure as the flats are going quickly.
