Social 2-Bed Flat in Green Quarter

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Green Quarter. The flat is in a great location, around a 10-minute walk to Manchester city centre and the Northern Quarter, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and transport links nearby.

You'll have your own double bedroom and your own private bathroom, so there's plenty of personal space as well as a comfortable shared living area and kitchen. The room also comes with a free allocated parking space, which I don't use, so it's yours if you have a car.

The rent and bills come to £800 per month all in (£600 rent + approximately £200 for bills + council tax) making it a straightforward monthly cost. The council tax is band D which comes to £97 a month but this is included in the £200 bills per month.

A bit about me – I'm a sociable, easy-going guy who enjoys making the most of my free time. I like going out to bars and for drinks often, going to the gym, watching football and generally being active. I also have friends round fairly regularly, whether it's for a few drinks, to watch the football or just to chill, so the flat has a friendly and social atmosphere.

I'm hoping to find someone who wants more than just a place to sleep. It would be great to live with someone who's up for doing things together from time to time, whether that's heading out, watching the football or just chilling in the flat. Of course, everyone needs their own space too, so it's about finding a good balance.
