Double En-suite room in Manchester City centre

I am sadly leaving my amazing room in Manchester and looking for someone to replace me.

About the flat
It is a two bedroom flat and has a very large open kitchen / living area. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the usual stuff, including a very good dishwasher.

About the room
The room available is a large double room with an en-suite (shower) and a balcony! It is a really lovely room and perfect if you need to work from home as the desk area is a little separated.

About the location
The flat is in between norther quarter and green quarter and overlooks the Angel pub which is one of the best pubs in Manchester (in my opinion). It is 5/ 10 mins into the city centre and Victoria station. It also has a co-op joined to the building which is very handy!

About the flatmate
You will be living with Chelsea from Scotland who works as a nurse/ has a busy schedule and doesn’t work from home.

Rent & Bills
The rent is currently £550 per month and bills come in at around £200-250 depending on the time of year. We are in quite a high council tax area so that is probably our most expensive bill.
