Two Double Rooms Available in Cotton Field Wharf

Hi! I'm looking for two new flatmates to join me in my 3-bed flat in Cotton Field Wharf from 1st October, as my current flatmates are both moving to new cities.

The flat sits right on the marina, with plenty of great cafés, bars and restaurants just around the corner. It's on the 7th floor at the back of the building, so it's nice and quiet, with views towards the Etihad Stadium. The two available double rooms share a bathroom, while I have the en-suite. There's also a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. There is an onsite gym, 24hr concierge & optional parking spaces available for rent.

A bit about me: I'm 25 and work in tech, with 2 days a week in the office. I'm originally from NZ but have been living in the UK for 10 years, and in Manchester for the last 2. Outside of work I love hiking, running and pretty much any sport. Nights out are great fun, but I also love a cosy night in on the sofa. I really value my sleep during the week, so I'm not one to be noisy at night!

I'd say the flat has a really nice balance - friendly and sociable, but everyone has their own lives too. I'm hoping to find people who are up for a chat over dinner or a trip to the pub, but also appreciate a relaxed and tidy home.

Rent is £670pcm per room, plus bills and council tax (usually around £150–£200 per month). The flat is unfurnished, but my current flatmates are selling some furniture, so there may be the chance to pick up a few bits if needed.
