Hi! My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my lovely third-floor apartment.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the Arndale, Northern Quarter, Victoria Station, Shudehill, with 2 big Aldis close by.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, built in wardrobe and mirror.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom with a bath/shower.

Important bits:
* 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
* Third-floor apartment
* Access to the building’s gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room all included in the rent

The tenancy includes a secure parking space in a gated underground car park. If you’d like to use it, we can discuss a small increase in the rent. If not, we can rent it out and split it.

Bills are approx £200 per month.

A bit about me - I’m Jasmine, originally from Manchester, and I’ve been living in the city centre for the past five years. I work for the Civil Service and mostly work from home, so I’m more than happy for a flatmate to do the same - the room already has a desk set up for home working.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and respectful of our shared spaces. This is a girls only flat.

Ideally, you already have your own life in Manchester, but it’d be lovely if you’re also happy to chat and watch crap TV together. During the week I go climbing with my friends, and I’m usually picking up a new hobby.
