Due to a change of plans, my housemate and I are unfortunately no longer able to move into a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment in the city centre. We also haven’t been able to secure a third housemate, so we’re now looking for three people to take over the tenancy.

We have already paid a £600 holding deposit, which we’d like to recover rather than lose. We’re looking for the new tenants to reimburse us the £600 holding deposit, and we’ll help you find the other housemates if you don’t already have a full group.
