Room Available in Modern 2-bed City Centre Flat

Hi everyone!

My boyfriend and I are looking for a flatmate to share a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Manchester city centre after our original third tenant had to pull out at the last minute due to not passing the referencing process.

My boyfriend and I have already paid our share of the holding deposit, so we’re hoping to find someone to take the second bedroom and complete the tenancy.

📍 Fantastic Location

* 5-minute walk to Oxford Road Station, 14-min walk to Piccadilly station, ideal for commuting to work.
* Asda and Sainsbury’s are directly across the road for all your grocery shopping.
* Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, and everything the city centre has to offer. (I recommend Federal if you love great coffee and brunch!)

🏠 The Flat

* Modern 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment.
* Total rent: £1,400 per month.
* My boyfriend and I will be taking the larger en-suite bedroom (£750/month).
* You’ll have the second bedroom for £650/month.
* Although your bathroom isn’t en-suite, it will be your own private bathroom, as we’ll only be using the en-suite in our bedroom.
* Bills and council tax are not included in the rent. Council tax is around £190 per month, so your part would be £63.3 per month (190/3) if you’re not a student
* Shared living room
* Fully furnished
* We will be splitting other bills 3 ways :)

🗓 Move-in Date

Ideally 8th–12th August, but we’re happy to be flexible for the right person.
