I'm moving out and as such we are looking for someone to takeover my half of the tenancy in this historic location, great property with great amenities and location, am currently looking to move back to London, however my flatmate wants to keep the flat and as such we're looking for someone to take over the my half of the tenancy

The flat is 697.50 per month per person + bills - no water bill so just electric, wifi and council tax (Band D)

My flatmate is a male, 23/24, full time head bartender/bar manager at a popular city centre cocktail bar

Due to referencing timeline looking for someone asap, and as such am super flexible for viewings etc
