I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful person to take the spare room in my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Melia House in the Green Quarter, Manchester, available from 18th October 2026.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom, furnished with a bed, mattress and wardrobe, and you’ll have your own private bathroom (not en-suite). The apartment has a shared kitchen and living room, plus a balcony — perfect for having a little sit-down when the Manchester weather decides to behave 😂

👋 A little bit about me

I’m 25 and work full-time in Manchester city centre. I’m pretty sociable and would love to live with someone who is up for having a chat, watching something together, going for drinks/food occasionally or just generally being friendly — but I’m also very respectful of having our own space and doing our own thing!

I’m clean and tidy and I’d ideally like someone who feels the same. I think the best kind of flatmate situation is one where you can be friends and have a laugh, but neither person feels like they have to be social all the time.

Outside of work I’m into gaming, crocheting, watching movies, and going for a drink, so if we have some things in common, even better! 🫶

🏡 About the household

It would just be the two of us living in the apartment, so there won’t be loads of people coming and going. I’m open to both girls and guys — I’m mainly looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and easy to live with.

Smokers are allowed, couples aren’t suitable for the room, and pets may be possible with the landlord’s permission.
