Hi! I’m Chloe. I am looking for a flat mate for my spare room. I’m a 29 year old Occupational Therapist, I work Monday-Friday office hours, with the occasional weekend shift. I am clean, tidy and respectful and looking for somebody who is the same.
I enjoy cosy nights in watching telly- love trash telly and crime documentaries. Equally enjoy a night out and some bevs in NQ, going out for meals and trying new places in town.
I love living in Green Quarter and thinks it’s a fab place. There’s so many cute places right on the doorstep- a bar, a coop and a bakery all literally round the corner. Of course it’s right next to the Arndale, Printworks, NQ etc so super handy!

I am planning to put my flat on the market in the next couple of months, so I am looking for a short term rent only of my spare room - ideal for someone in between places or new to the city and wanting somewhere for whilst they get settled. 3 month contract was my thinking initially but possibility for it being extended depending how long it takes to sell/logistics etc :)

There’s loads of on street parking around my flat also if this if you need this.
