I'm subletting my apartment in Finlay Warehouse while I'm travelling, with potential to extend to a tenancy if it's a good fit. It's a Grade II listed former cotton mill right in the middle of the Northern Quarter, top floor, with exposed brick, cast iron columns and timber beams throughout.

Three bedrooms (one I currently use as an office, easily switched back) and three bathrooms, two en-suite, one with bathroom next door. There’s an open plan kitchen with an original steel fire door as a feature, plus a separate utility room. All the rooms get great light through double height windows and each room has exposed brick. Fully furnished to a high standard so everything's ready to move straight into, some furniture can be removed at request and there is a spare bed if you want to convert the office back

Location wise, you're in the thick of the Northern Quarter's bars, cafes and shops, and less than 500m from Piccadilly Station.
