Tenancy is currently until June 2027 (unless you give 2m notice to leave) with the option to extend. The rent is fixed until then!

The room comes with a fitted double wardrobe, king size bed with ottoman storage & 2 bed side tables

This isn’t inc bills (approx £180/m) but wifi is included :) there is a change of sharer fee of £50

There is secure parking at the building at £200/m or an APOCA which is £100/m

I’m 27 and a paralegal originally from wales! love hiking, baking, finding new food spots. and the occasional glass of wine or marg 🫶
