Looking for a flat mate!

I have a room available in my two-bedroom apartment. The building is brand new with great amenities, including co-working spaces, a terrace, gym and swimming pool.

The flat is unfurnished, but I have furnished it. The spare room has currently been used as a gym/office space, but this stuff will be removed. It has a large ensuite with shower/bath.

A little about me - I'm really into fitness, running, the gym, reading, going for walks, trying new places, good food and drinks, and spending time with friends. I’m sociable and like being out and about, but I’m equally happy having a chilled evening at home. I’m a teacher, so I’m usually out of the flat during the day on weekdays.

I’m looking for someone friendly, easy-going, who I’ll get along with and can make the flat feel like home too 😊 I do have two small, non-shedding dogs.
