The flat has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, and I'd really like to keep it that way. I'm friendly and happy to chat and occasionally hang out, but I also value having our own space and being able to relax at home.

This would suit someone who similarly wants a comfortable, clean and calm home rather than a party flat.

No parties and preferably no students.
