I’m 22 and work professionally in finance and accounting. I’m a very clean and tidy person and really value having my own space and some peace and quiet.

I’m quite independent, I enjoy going to the gym, working, and doing my own thing, but I’d also love to live with someone who is friendly and up for the occasional chat, coffee, dinner or a good catch-up on the sofa. 🥰

💷 Bills & Costs

Some bills are combined, including Wi-Fi, heating, electricity and water. Based on my previous experience living at Kampus, these usually come to around £90–£100 per month in total, which would be split between us.

The apartment is Council Tax Band D, so council tax would be separate and shared between us.
