Sadly leaving my room to move to London, so looking for someone to take over in this lovely flat!

* Own bedroom + private bathroom
* Big living room with balcony
* Pool, sauna & gym in the building
* No deposit option available
* 10 min walk to Victoria
* 20 min walk to Piccadilly
* Less than 5 mins to the centre of the NQ
* Super central, but feels like a proper homely flat

About the flatmate:

* Ash, 27 has lived here for 3 years now!
* works in marketing with mix of at home and office days
* loves a Pilates and ryde class but equally a sofa rot
* always up for a little glass of wine (or two)
* ideally looking for someone to be friends with not just a housemate

Looking for:
* professional 25+
* mix of wfh and office
* up for making friends but has their own thing going on too!

I can be flexible on move in/out days but end of October preferred.
