Spare Double Room in city centre Flat M1

I’ve recently moved to Manchester for work, and have a spare room I’m looking to find someone for!
The room is a comfortable double room with its own bathroom (but not en-suite), space for a desk (I used to have mine in it) and a recessed wardrobe area.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and washer, and a large shared living room. The flat complex also has a rooftop shared space which a lot of people use to grow vegetables.
The location is about as central as you can get, it’s roughly a 5 minute walk to Piccadilly station and a 15 minute walk to areas such as spinningfields.

Since recently moving in I’ve made quite an effort to fully clean and outfit the flat so it is well stocked.

I am looking for someone who is friendly and clean, and ideally someone who i could get along with :). I’m putting quite an effort to try and decorate the place (still a work in progress haha) so someone who would want to help would be appreciated!

A bit about me;
I’ve recently moved to Manchester for a postgrad job. I enjoy art, music, board games, hiking and kayaking, going to the pub (although I’m not a heavy drinker), and fantasy books.

Being either LGBT or pro-LGBT would be preferred!
