The price for the room(s) includes water and virgin fibre broadband, it also includes a nominal £70pcm per person towards the electricity, if you use less than £210pcm per month averaged over the year, then at the end of the contract you will be refunded the difference, conversely if it is higher you will be expected to split the difference with the other flatmates. Council tax is to be paid by you directly, it is council tax band D and works out at £62pcm.
The electric contract will stay in my name and I will fix it on 1 October on the best deal available.
A months deposit is also required.
