Tenant needed

Modern, fully furnished flat ten minutes walk from Piccadilly station. Newly furnished double bed room with the main bathroom directly across the hall. Most bills included I only ask to go halfs on the water and electricity bills (which isn't very much per quarter). I am looking for a friendly, easy going, clean/tidy, respectful person to live with. Students and young professionals welcome. Full access to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room areas. I have a cat and a dog who are both very friendly and enjoy the company of people. Sky+ and wireless provided and a TV point in the bedroom.
