Amazing city centre flat! Average flatmates ;)

Hi! LB & Cooney here, we have a room available at the end of July in our 3-bed city centre flat

We share a lounge and kitchen, and the bathroom will be shared with Cooney. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. We also have a basic gym, swimming pool and sauna in the basement of the building.

On top of rent, bills are approx.
Council tax - £65
Internet - £10
Electricity - £80 (quarterly)
Water is included and no gas

We both work, LB in music events and Cooney at a Uni. Whilst we still enjoy a drink and a good night out, we're pretty chilled the majority of the time. We have generally standard mid-week working hours, Cooney sometimes works Saturdays and LB can be away for weekends/weeks with work occasionally

We need someone clean and tidy, who isn't afraid to use a tea towel to put things away after they've used the kitchen. Those uni days are well over! Essentially being a considerate flatmate, but also who can be a friend as well

Other than being a nice human who can clean up after themselves, and preferably a non-smoker, we have no other prerequisites!

A brief bit about us -

LB - loves the gym (weights!), dancing, attempting to be healthy, Great British Bake Off, spontaneous drinking, travel, being organised, lists. Dislikes - wearing odd socks, liquorice

Cooney - loves running, chicken, ultra marathons, sport mostly rugby league and football, cake, getting Thursdays off work when having to work a Saturday. Dislikes - working Saturdays, reality TV
