Double Room in Stylish City Centre Apartment

The flat is located in the Green Quarter, just north of Victoria Train Station, 8 minutes from all public transport and the city centre. It's on the 18th floor, so not much noise considering how close everything is. Nicely furnished, with washer/dryer and dishwasher installed. Fitted kitchen with modern features, and full panoramic views of the hills north from the balcony.

The building is friendly and secure, and kept really clean. There is also a nice sunny communal garden for the Green Quarter buildings with a big fountain.

Rent is £400 each pcm, and bills add up to around £150 pcm, so an overall budget of £550 is a must!

Your room is a good sized double, unfortunately not with an en-suite bathroom, but you would have sole use of the main bathroom which is just across the hall and is pretty big. There are a couple of scuffs and marks, but I am working on the agents and landlord to get them sorted ASAP.

A bit about me, I am a 22 year old Production Engineer in an office in Castleton, and work all week with short Fridays. I'm pretty relaxed about most things, and I do keep the flat clean, so the living room is normally as seen in the pictures. I climb every week at an indoor wall, or outside if its sunny. Ski in winter and cycle round town, but I do love a good night in or out, and I'm always up for meeting new people and having a laugh. I enjoy cooking when I get the time, and I normally end up cooking enough for two.
