Double Room In Northern Quarter Apartment

My boyfriend and I are looking for a flatmate to share our 2 bedroom apartment as our current flatmate is moving out at the end of March. The room is available from 1 April but may be free a few days earlier.

We've previously had sisters sharing the room so there were four of us living here and it was by no means crowded. We'd definitely be open to living with a couple/two friends again.

The apartment itself is on High Street (near Odd bar, Bluu bar etc), right in the heart of the northern quarter. It's a 2 minute walk to Arndale centre, less than 5 mins to Piccadilly Gardens, about 12 mins to Deansgate.

The room is a decent sized double. The photo doesn't do justice to the size of the room but I ran out of space for more pictures. My bedroom has an en suite so you'll have the main bathroom to yourself.

There's also a balcony off the living room.

Rent doesn't include bills. Bills are usually around £125/£150 per month each.

I'm currently working at a law firm and tend to work a pretty standard 9-5. The better half is a teaching assistant and is usually home a little earlier then me. We enjoy a bit of tame socialising during week nights and making the most of the weekends in pubs or attending gigs, so it'd be nice to share with someone who does too.

We're both veggies but it's no problem whatsoever if you eat meat.
