The room has plenty of space, and is well furnished. It's very near the city centre and has good tram, bus and train links so would suit someone who works in or near Manchester city centre / media city / the airport.

There is no parking.

2nd floor 2-bedroom flat in a converted mill. It was built in 1880, and converted to flats in 2003.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room/kitchen area with 2 sofas and a dining table.

The flat is furnished, and has plenty of cooking and dining equipment. I am happy for you to use this.

Shared garden area at the rear of the flats.
The building is situated very close to the New Islington tram stop, on the tram line that runs direct to Eccles via Salford Quays. The first stop towards town is Picadilly rail station.

The flat is 15 minutes' walk from Picadilly rail station, Picadilly Gardens, and the Northern Quarter. There are local buses to Picadilly Gardens and the universities.

There are good local amenities, shops, cafes and the Aldi, gym and Go Outdoors complex on Great Ancoats Street is about 5 minutes' walk away.

Its £550 per month plus a share of electricity.
