A ballin' pad in the Northern Quarter

I've just bought this luxury pad in the Northern Quarter. My associate and I need a third person to move in until August. You can move in from the 24th April but I'm pretty flexible. Rent is £350pm, plus bills. There is also a car parking space you might be able to use for a small fee (no dogging).

Our ends are Oak Street, at the end of the road which Common is on. So it's a good location (which is useful as the flat is proper crap... i'm joking. well it is a bit shabby at the moment but i'm going to do lots of painting/ripping up carpets/installing hot tubs before you get in).

I am 24, my flatmate is 25. We are men. We both have full time jobs (I am a consultant, he is an undertaker). neither of us have any particularly odd habits (although the undertaker does have an penchant for the older lady), we are pretty tidy and enjoy a pretty standard roster of extra curricular activities (shootin' hoops, going out, german language lessons)

You get first or second dibs (depending on who gets in first- you or the undertaker) on one of the double bedrooms. Flat is split over two floors- downstairs is lounge/kitchen/balcony, and 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom upstairs.

female or male applicants welcome. you can only bring a pet if it can do a backflip on cue.

Our EPC rating is 'wicked'. For a deposit, we will need your most prized possession. our agency fees are 1 pint each (refundable on exit of the flat).
