We are a professional couple. The room that is going to be for let is a spacious ensuite. Our flat mate is moving to New York to get married and live with his fiancé. We are looking for someone who is cleans up after themselves and easy going. Generally we like to stay active by going to the gym, running (training for the 10k), chill out at home or go out for or a meal or a few drinks . But we are also respectful.

This apartment is in a very good location as it is just a 5 minutes walk to Victoria station, Printworks and the Arndale centre. Almost all residents are young professionals. The apartment is modern and has a dishwasher, washing machine etc. £620 includes all bills so there are no nasty surprises and there is free road parking close by.
