I am a 26 year old professional female working in Manchester, with a fully furnished double room available in Manchester City Centre in a converted duplex apartment.

Conventiently located 1 minute walk from Manchester Cathedral and Victoria Station, 10 minutes walk to the Northern Quarter and 5 minutes walk to Market Street.

The room includes double bed, 2 wardrobes (1 large and 1 small), a large chest of draws, side table, TV ariel and a Velux window with your own private large bathroom.

Good sized living area, fully furnished with open plan living (with gorgeous city centre views), kitchen and a downstairs WC. The building is a Grade II listed Sorting Office so there are original features and tall ceilings which make this home unique.

Ideally looking for a full time professional in their 20s, who is tidy, non smoker and sociable.

My job keeps be very busy so I'm often out a lot of the time.

Rent is £460pcm. Additionally bills (electricity, water, maintenance, council tax, tv licence, internet and home phone) come in at £165pcm so it's a total of £625pcm.

If you require parking, you can park outside the apartment from 8pm - 8am Monday - Saturday and free on Sunday. Alternatively secure parking is available nearby which you will need to organise.
