The other room in the flat i'm living in is available 9/05/14 for a 6 month contract, as my flatmate is moving back home, due to the crazy work hours he does/ he spends most of his time travelling around the UK.
The flat is located on ludgate Hill, which is literally down the road from Northern Quarter bars, Aldi supermarket and Printworks.
The room available is very specious with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The front room is massive (enough for a decent amount of people to pre-drink before a night out!) and there is a car-parking space which is yours as I don't currently drive.
Damage Deposit which goes to the letting agency is £400 and theres an admin fee of £25 (ridiculously low i know)
Rent is £375 p/m, Council Tax - £80 p/m, average electricity is £50/60 p/m, water £20 p/m, internet £20 p/m. TOTAL = £545 p/m per person
About me - My names Richie, i'm 24 year old and work in the city centre as Strategy Analyst.
In the evenings I spend most of my time working on my business venture (a fashion tech app), and enjoy going out for a few casual drinks mid week or a lads night out around Spinningfields with a few of my other friends some fri/sat nights....for a guy i'm pretty tidy too so this is a bonus!
Would prefer someone similar not fussed if your a guy/girl. So if interested feel free to get in touch! (I wil probs be working to leave an email I have 24 hour access so will see its straight away)
