Room for Rent with Privit Bathroom

Hello, we are a couple and have a double room with private bathroom free in the wonderful quiet neighborhood of Green Quarter from the 1st of September.

The house is located just a few minutes walk from the city center, 3 minutes from Victoria Station 5-minute walk from shopping centers like "The Printworks" "Arndale" .. and about 10 minutes walk from picadilly gardens. Deansgate is situated about 5 minutes walk. The whole city just one step in a wonderful and quiet without the noise and traffic.

Just looking for a person who is clean, tidy and look after the house as his own, to respect the rest. Also looking for someone with whom we can have conversation and take some beer! We are always not at home, the daily routine prevents this. Preferably look for a female nonsmoker, no pets. If you want to have a home visit let me know.
