The flat is in the city centre, furnished (bed, wardrobe) with plenty of space for your own stuff. 5-10 mins walk from Victoria station and the Arndale Centre. Kitchen has washer/dryer, electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment has elevator access.

Council Tax: Another student is ideal as then council tax would be exempt, alternatively a professional would be asked to pay 50% of the bill (approx £50 per month), with the two students taking the other 50%.

We are looking for a female housemate, non smoking, friendly, reliable and clean. It will be a sublet until the end of March 2015, after which point the three of you may decide to sign on a new lease together.
