1 double bedroom in city centre

Hi to all of you! :)
Our names are Erika, Jaime and Melissa, all aged 20-30 years old; unfortunately, our fourth flatmate is leaving us for new adventures and we are therefore looking for someone to join our team!
We are looking for a professional only; the flat is in the city centre, opposite Oxford Road station (bus stop down the building and 10 min walk from the tram), you're close to pretty much everything, shops, pubs, trains, tram, sport centre...the location is ideal.
The flat is in an old building but very nice. We live on the third floor (elevator provided but won't take more than 3 people... less if you have just returned from McDonalds...), the flat is quite big and clean. We have quite large windows, which means a lot of light.
There is a living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom/toilet.
There is now one double bedroom available, the size is really good and there is space for all your things. There is also a spare room that we use as a guest room and where we store all our stuff.
As for us, we are looking for someone financially secure (the agency demands it) who doesn't need to be mothered to do his/her share of cleaning and is basically respectful of others.
As for us, I think we could say we're all a bit weird (I have an obsession for chocolate and rock music, Melissa for unicorns, Jaime for stuff we don't understand that involves computers) but we function quite well! We enjoy the casual chat after a long day at work, we enjoy doing things together over the weekend (pubbinb, some odd _ and for my part often unsuccessful _bit of cooking, etc) but we also respect each other's space.
Visits of the flat will only be possible from the 17th August onward.
