My current flatmate is moving out in October to buy a flat so I'm looking for someone fun to move in with me!
Little bit about the place:
* The room is an average sized double and as I have an en suite you'd pretty much have the large main bathroom to yourself, which is modern and spacious.
* The kitchen and living room are pretty modern too and decent sized & include a balcony
* Located on the first floor and including ground floor concierge the building itself is really secure
* In the heart of the northern quarter it's set back by the canal, just 5 minutes walk from Picadilly station and close to all bars, restaurants
Little bit about me:
I'm linzie, 27 and work in marketing in the NQ mon-fri, big beer garden and festival lover and love to unwind at the weekend with a glass (bottle) of vino. Bit of a gym bunny in the week and then like to chill out with some crap telly or Netflix.
Ideally looking for someone who's after socialising and having a laugh as well as sharing a home :) Happy for either a female or male flatmate as long as long your tidy and we get on!
The boring stuff:
* Rent is £425 each pcm and bills are on top. Sky tv and broadband already set up
* Deposit is 5 weeks rent
* Agency would like someone to sign for a year ideally and have someone confirmed 3-4 weeks before october to sort out referencing etc
